SuperStroke
SuperStroke putter grips and Lamkin golf grips at Tesi Golf
SuperStroke is the number one putter grip on the major tours. The brand became famous with thick putter grips without taper – No Taper Technology. It creates even grip pressure in both hands and therefore a calmer, more consistent putt. Since SuperStroke took over Lamkin, the well-known Lamkin club grips such as the Crossline are also part of the family.
The Zenergy putter grips at a glance
- Zenergy Tour (1.0, 2.0, 3.0, 5.0): the classic parallel SuperStroke profile – the higher the number, the thicker the grip.
- Zenergy Pistol GT (1.0, 2.0): pistol shape for a stable lead hand, with No Taper Technology and SPYNE ridge.
- Zenergy Flatso (1.0, 2.0, 3.0): wide, flat front with a pentagonal profile – Jordan Spieth won three majors with it.
- Zenergy Claw: made for the claw grip, with a pistol-style top and three flat sides.
- Zenergy WristLock: locks the lead wrist, conforms to the rules.
- XL and 17": extended grips for mid-length putters and counter-balancing.
CounterCore and backweights
Many Zenergy grips have a CounterCore port. With SuperStroke backweights (25, 50 or 75 g) you change the counterweight of your putter and with it the balance and pendulum feel.
Lamkin Crossline: now the SuperStroke Crossline 2.0
The Lamkin Crossline is one of the most popular club grips of all time. Its successor is the SuperStroke Crossline 2.0: the same pattern, but made from the durable Genesis compound and with a modern taper equal to about four extra wraps of tape in the lower hand. Available in standard, midsize and jumbo, in black and grey. More about the history of Lamkin
